We recommend the following for returns:

  • Use the original packaging we provided. This will help prevent damage during shipping.
  • Use the return form we provided.
  • Keep your shipping receipt.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.


You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their quality, characteristics, and functionality.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, to the delivery of audio or video recordings or software if the data carriers supplied have been unsealed by you, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.


Individual strap adjustments made upon separate customer request by email are provided as a complimentary courtesy service outside the standard right of withdrawal and do not constitute a separate exclusion from withdrawal.


Extended Return Policy (30 Days)

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see above), we voluntarily grant you an extended return period of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods. This goodwill arrangement is in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.


You may exercise this extended return right by informing us in writing (by letter, fax, or email to mail@swissmilitarywatches.ch) within 30 days of receiving the goods of your wish to return them, or by registering a return through your customer account.


 

Return via Your Customer Account

As an alternative to a written withdrawal declaration, you can also conveniently register your withdrawal or return through your customer account:

  • Log in to your customer account using your email address.
  • Select the relevant order and click "Register return."
  • State the reason for the return (optional) and confirm the process.
  • You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your return registration by email.
  • You will then receive a return label or the return address.

This option is available to you in addition to the above-mentioned methods of declaration and does not replace them.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note that the goods must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to verify safe receipt of the return. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for processing your return.
