2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Building, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. When you visit the website, Shopify collects your IP address as well as device and browser information and analyzes visitor statistics. In the event of a purchase, Shopify additionally collects your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and payment information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or, where cookies are concerned, your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Details: https://www.shopify.de/legal/datenschutz. A data processing agreement is in place with Shopify.

3. Cookie Consent

We use the native Shopify cookie consent tool to obtain the legally required consent for non-technically necessary cookies. Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Analytics Tools

Google Analytics, Google Tags and Google Search Console: The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use these services for statistical analysis of user behavior and search engine optimization, based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses; Google is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Marketing and Service Tools

We use the Shopify services "Flow" and "Messaging" to automate marketing and communication processes, as well as Judge.me for managing customer reviews. Where personal data is concerned, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR.

6. Retargeting/Advertising

We use the following retargeting technologies, each based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), Google Ads and Google Tag/Remarketing (Google Ireland Limited), Pinterest Tag (Pinterest Europe Ltd.), TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Limited), LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). For all of the above services, data may be transferred to the USA; such transfer is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

7. Newsletter

We use our own Mailchimp customer list (The Rocket Science Group LLC) to send our newsletter. A future switch to Klaviyo (Klaviyo Inc.) is planned; in that case, the same principles that apply to Mailchimp will apply to Klaviyo. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which can be revoked via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter email.

Abandoned cart emails: If you do not complete an order, we will only send you a reminder about your shopping cart by email if you have previously given separate and express consent via double opt-in. This consent is independent of general newsletter registration and can be revoked separately at any time.

8. Social Media Elements

Our website contains elements from the networks Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, as well as embedded YouTube videos and a Spotify player. These are only actively loaded after you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Further information can be found in the respective privacy policies of the providers.

9. Payment Service Providers

When you make a payment, your payment data is transmitted to the selected payment service provider (PayPal, Twint, Klarna, Shopify Payments, etc.). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
