Products are delivered to the delivery address you provide. Swiss Military offers free shipping on all orders with a minimum order value of EUR 199.00 (or the equivalent in CHF). Shipping costs for orders below the minimum order value are CHF 8.00 within Switzerland and EUR 19.99 for international shipping. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to countries that are not listed when selecting the delivery address.

Delivery Times

Switzerland and EU: 2–5 working days
International: 5–10 working days

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the specific delivery location. An order delivered to a rural area may take longer than an order to an urban area. Swiss Military also has no control over the duration of customs clearance for international deliveries; the relevant customs authorities are solely responsible for this. Delays caused by customs authorities or transport companies commissioned by us as independent third parties do not constitute liability on the part of Swiss Military; our liability for our own shipping delays remains unaffected.

If we are unable to meet the delivery date stated in the order confirmation, we will contact you immediately to inform you of a later delivery date. If you do not accept the new delivery date, you may cancel the order free of charge and receive a refund of the purchase price.

In-Store Pickup

As an alternative to delivery, you can pick up your order in person at the following address after prior confirmation by us: Chrono AG, Weissensteinstrasse 49, CH-4502 Solothurn.

Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask you to report these defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and to contact us immediately. Failure to report or contact us has no effect whatsoever on your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, this helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
