Delivery

The products will be delivered to the delivery address you specify.

Swiss Military by Chrono offers free shipping for all products with a minimum order value of 199€ / 199$ / 199CHF. The shipping costs for orders below the minimum order value are 8CHF within Switzerland and 35€ / 35$ for international shipments. Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries that are not listed when selecting the delivery address.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time stated in the order confirmation, which is 5-7 working days within Europe and 7-9 working days internationally, we will contact you immediately to notify you of a later delivery date. If you reject the new delivery date, you may cancel the order at no cost and the purchase price will be refunded.

If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

North America Deliveries
Due to trademark restrictions, we are unfortunately not allowed to ship directly to the USA and Canada. However, we are happy to deliver to your holiday destination, as long as the country is listed among our available shipping destinations below.
